Hello, i have a question. Is it good to use mortgage equity withdrawl?? If it is how does it work and how to find out how much of equity do you have?

How many percentage of home equity can you take out? What are the pros and cons?

Your opinion about mortgage equity withdrawl?? Is it worth it ?

@Mike Rosback

Thank you very much for saying that. I've noticed that current markets are very low on stocks. I don't know if it's because of COVID 19, but I still wanted to look at more on this market know the knowledge, get the lender,finance locked in , close it and rented it out. But mainly I'm worried about is all the finance funds (coventional, fha, and etc.) Still trying to understands all and what are my best options and how to sell it to or rent it to make a profit

@Aigo Pyles

Thank you! I definitely will. It was hard for me to actually start on this business with no knowledge, but I'm still learning more how to invest and finance issues. Really difficult first, but I am start getting little by little

@Tucker Cummings

@Tucker Cummings

Thank you very much. I guess from here the biggest thing that i need to learn is how to lock in with finances i have roughly about 30k right now saved up and i can prob get another 10k but the biggest thing is if i do wanna perform like that it will be how to lock in contract, inspect the property , attorney, finance , such as lender, bank etc. Close the deal and rehab and rent it out. What type of housing should i purchase. There are so many ways to do it and its hard to start.

@Tucker Cummings

Thank you very much for a reply. So i have a property in north carolina which that house is being rented out. Now i have to make a decision between where to purchase my second one in virginia. It is really hard to tell with locations due to this place where i am stationed in nobody really wants to be here. So i decided to purchase little further out around richmond, henrico, and chester. So my question was where to purchase my second one as far as location. Im still learning first time really getting into this type of business.

So im currentky in virginia and im trying to invest in some of areas. I will be renting it out eventually, so im thinking either chester area or richmond areas. Unfortunately I'm still debating where to and why? Im currently in the military so debating on either chester or richmond but if i can make good cash flow and resale values i dont mind where to
