 I agree we can all learn from this and help prevent this from happening.  There are a lot of scammers out there.  This is a good forum to spread the word and help others.  I am glad it was brought up.  I had no idea this was going on.

Lots of great insight here. I have watched his podcasts like many others and did not know he was on Fox News or cnn. Hopefully we can all learn from it and move forward. There are many people who take advantage of others. I personally have lost on deals in other businesses, but I took the risk and did not do my due diligence. In others it just not going to work because of the way it was structured and the people I was involved with. Either way, pick up and move forward, dwelling on it will not help. Learn from it and move forward.

Thank you. I have set a goal for 10 per week and to be more critical of what I analyze to help me find the right ones and narrow the field.

A very great thread. Thank you all for sharing. I am educating myself and analyzing deals in a a few areas. I am just getting started, I recently sold a rental property and am looking at 2-10 unit properties. I have not yet found anything where the numbers work, but will not stop. I am going to expand my network.

Thank you for the event last night.  Although we did not meet.  I look forward to meeting in the future.  I met and spoke with a few people and had some very informative and interesting conversations.  I am recently sold my rental property and I am going to invest into multi-family in the near future.  Thank you again for taking the time to set up the event.
