Where are you studying for your license?

I was not able to find any meet ups on Maui in the forum. Are there othe members on BP interested in getting together? If so I will take the time to organize and host. 

Currently I live in Haiku and work in Lahaina and Wailea. So I kinda cover most of the island. 

In the interest of full transparency, I would like to express that I am new to RE. I haven't done a deal yet(crunching numbers on 3 deals a day in the calculator). I do have my RE license and am focusing my efforts in that arena of developing a book of long term residential leasing clients. 

It is not my intention to solicit anyone's business. I'm looking to find or build a community of likeminded individuals to shorten the learning curve and elevate each other's understanding and opportunities. 

I'm really new, so I might be a way off, but aren't the financing options between a flip and a build different?

My wife and I live in Haiku.  We own a business together and I have my RE license hung with a broker in Lahaina.
