Finally ready!! I’m looking to buy a property cash. How to do this wisely?

Is there any agents or investors that can help me invest wisely. Thank you.

Quote from @River Sava:

Hi Scott - While I am not in wholesaling I would love to connect. I'm from Newburyport which isn't too far away. Would love to see how we can work together down the road, and I can try to point you in the right direction of someone who would be more helpful in terms of wholesaling.

Hi River I love your name! Sorry that it took so long to reply between classes and webinars I,m worn out... Thank you so much for responding! I am not sure how to give you my info because you cannot post phone #s or email

Quote from @Josh Stout:

Hey Scott...

Right out of the gate, no need for that "dreaded newbie" stuff...we all started at zero.

Everyone's path is different and there aren't necessarily any right or wrong answers. I've paid for mentorships and education and had a killer ROI on my time and money, others have different experiences. I love the idea of paying down my ignorance on a subject buy getting someone else's 10,000 hours.

The caveat here though is that no course will take the place of experience so eventually you have to get in the game. Use education to shorten the learning curve and make a well thought out plan....and then execute that plan like your life depends on it.

I had some of the exact same concerns about sellers in my early days, feel free to hit me up with further questions if you want to go into details.

Thank you Josh sorry for the belated reply! Yes I will be in touch soon so many classes and webinars......

I'm one of those dreaded newbies! Looking to learn as much as I can. My main SOP is soon to be paper flips and wholesaling and my question too all of you is "How exactly did you start out being involved in wholesaling?, Did you go thru a Guru's course or undertake some form of classroom education?" I am not an agent nor intend to be, I have and continue to be under the wings of Real Estate courses that are giving me knowledge but no actual experience. My other question is "Would this still be the way to go or would you suggest a better way to earn a living in Real Estate and help people?" My biggest concern is talking to home owners who really do not want to give up their home but because of either some form of financial distress or life changing event like divorce, have no choice. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. By the way, I would like to network and get to know other members who have the same interest in succeeding                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Thanks in advance                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Scott Ford
