Hi guys, is it possible to refinance my personal residence and immediately go buy another house as owner occupied ? If not what is the waiting period.

 yes but those cc already got her in enough trouble, and didn't she get denied a loan because of them? its more of a behavior not how low the interest are.  Can you imagine getting that house and something costly breaks down? Still hold my ground, she should Get rid of it!

@Ivan Maldonado another way to get rid of a financed is list it on craiglist or swaplease(fee)i ran into the same issue but after the piece of hunk was gone I was approved (mine was a 911) I loved that car but I prefer my investment:)
