Hello everyone! New to BP and looking to get some ideas from everyone. I have a duplex rental in Provo that my wife and I did a owner occupied for 2 years. We have since moved out and now rent both sides out and its going well. We also came into $15,000 in cash that we're looking to put towards another rental.

I have a few things I could use some advise on. How would we make the switch from owning in our name to a LLC with regards to our FHA loan? Would we have to get a new loan? Any ideas on using equity for cash on another rental? If anyone has some advice or could point me to a forum that would be great.

Look forward to meeting and learning with everyone on here.
