RedX, Vulcan7, mojo dialar, Landvoice, ect.

With so many options how do I know which ones are the best before purchasing. Any suggestions? Anyone have experience with any of the above?

@Brian LaLonde You and your boys will love it here!! You can't go wrong in either Minneapolis or Saint Paul areas, that's why we call them the Twin Cities ;). The Minneapolis suburbs are great, Our broker Tom Fleetham and his sister Jennifer Lindgren have only lived in Minneapolis and are very familiar with the surrounding cities like Saint Louis Park, New Hope, Golden Valley, Plymouth, Hopkins, and Bloomington. I've grown up and live in Eagan, MN -  Southeast suburbs of Saint Paul surrounded by cities like Apply valley, Burnsville, Rosemount, Inver Grove Heights, and Mendota Heights. Great area, great schools, and 20-30 minutes to anywhere in the cities. Would love to connect with you and show you around the Twin Cities!

I'm not afraid of the phones. However, it's difficult to obtain those phone numbers of people outside of your sphere. Want to be able to tap into another funnel of business, but how do I obtain those numbers? Do I have to purchase list? Which websites / apps can be trusted? 

Looking to expand my brokerage grasp on the REO market. We have some companies we work with now that are on res.net, equator, exceleras. I'm wondering if anyone knows of other Servicers that are looking for agents to complete BPO's and list REO Properties. Any advise would be appreciated..Thanks!
