Being a rookie investor currently trying to find a tax attorney/CPA, this was very helpful. I’m currently working with Prime Corporate Services to see if it’s a good fit for me. The initial $2900 fee seems high but trying to learn more by meeting with other companies.

Hello BP,

I'm a new REI in the Houston area and looking to make connections with agents, contractors, lenders, and property managers.

I haven’t seen many in-person networking events in the Meetup app so if anyone in the area knows of any, please let me know.

Thanks, and I look forward to connecting with many of you.

I had a meeting with a representative from Prime Corporate Services about their tax planning and strategies. They are charging $2995 one time fee $65/month for their service. This includes but business and personal filing and I'm curious if this is high, low, or right in line with what others are seeing. I'm a rookie REI and I'm looking for any feedback any of you may have.

Regards.

Scott
