So I should get my sales person license in all three states ? I wonder how that would work when I'm working for a broker. Humph. Outside of the box though, I like the idea.

I have three choices in which i can obtain my salesperson license due to my geological location. Iowa, Wisconsin, or Illinois. Which location would be most beneficial to my career? Any suggestions ? Thanks!

Invest and sell. We want to move to a city in which the market is booming so sales will be plentiful. A city with a great population growth.
My friend and I have decided that we want to move to a state while obtaining our brokers license. Does anybody have any suggestions in which state and city to live in that would be beneficial when acquiring our brokers license ? Any suggestions and comments would help. Thanks !

Thanks for replying @Steve Bracero! Are you looking for foreclosed or HUD homes on the MLS?

I am a fairly new investor and love the idea of house hacking, especially with foreclosed and HUD homes to build appreciation fast. I am currently in I have a few questions as far as how your experiences with this strategy went. How did you acquire the property? What type of financing did you obtain? Important lessons you've learned ? Thanks folks ! :D
