@Jiri B. 1st property is in Apex. I like the idea of being local and I have yet to see the price points or opportunities for BRRRR here. It is good to hear that you are working this strategy locally. I have not been networking much and I’m focusing on this in order to expand opportunities and build relationships with others. Hello everyone! My name is Scott Bloomer and I am a somewhat new member. I've had a BP account for a while and I've decided to up my game and get active on the site.
