My intent  is to educate myself prior to seeking investors. I want to make sure that I know how to protect myself as well as how to tell good from bad. The are of negotiation is important as well.

Thanks!.....I do appreciate the input. I used to live down there in Oviedo. Looking to possibly do some STRs in  NSB,..soon. Currently working another Duplex deal up here first. Would love to chat off line.

I'm looking to educate myself on the art of putting a deal together and recruiting investors.

Are there any good books /blogs/vlogs / pod casts that you all would recco?

I have a duplex - just did renno - now cash flowing and looking for the next. Im a high income earner but all of my cash went into this one - Rookie blunder. hahaha.
