Jerry, I currently have a home I live with my wife. Have a rental, but to buy another rental in Honolulu market now is pretty tough.

Thank you Isi for the reply.  One of the hardest things is starting buying or flipping homes, especially in Hawaii.  

Where would you suggest me starting if I want to start in my rental property purchasing journey?
