What source have u guys found to be the best for learning about setting up and executing syndications?

 I have just begun using the Biggerpockets tools and listening to multiple podcasts/Youtube (Biggerpockets, Fairless, jake and gino etc..) My head is spinning trying to find the correct start points. 

I am beginning to narrow my focus in Senior Living both as rentals and developing into a care company. Along with that i have been looking at some apartment opportunities to grow another income source that can have some management overlap. I am currently a small home builder in my area.


I would love some input on the following :

1. Best events...seminars, conferences, training groups etc... to plug into and attend to learn and network
(either senior living or general real estate)?
