Thank you all very much for the input that you all have given me. I have recently started looking into birdogging and I greatly appreciate Dusty for introducing me to that. Also, I am definately going to reach out to anyone that has personally offered there services, in the near future. Once again I thank you, and I am going to keep learning and studying this industry. Especially with the help of people like yourselves.

I have a friend who lives in the Atlanta area and he has recently bought a home. He now has a 30 yr mortgage. He has only been living in the home for about 5 or 6 months and he wants to move out now. He does not want to keep it and rent it out, He just wants to get out of the situation. Even though my FICO score is not the best, should I take over the mortgage payments and attempt to rent it out on my own? Please respond with feedback, I think this may be an opportunity for me.

I am very interested in getting into real estate and I was wondering where would be the best place to start. I dont have the best FICO score. Is it still possible for me to start a lucrative real estate career?

:D
How is it going. I am eager to get into this industry and eager to learn a great deal about it. It is new to me, however, I have become obsessd with the idea of investing in real estate.

I am OPEN to any POINTERS and ADVICE!!!!!
