Has anyone used REIvolution?  It is relatively new and is another subscription to automate buying and selling.  Not sure how much it costs.

Is there room to build a garage? It still shows active on the MLS.

Has anyone had success with this program and found private lenders?

Yes. Make sure the material is on site to keep your production at a fast pace. Permits be pulled in advance to avoid work stoppage.  Your contractor needs to understand your expectations so he will provide enough resources to get the job done.
