Thank you John Horner & Mike Cumbie that definitely helped. Based on the information provided it seems like if you are planning to do rentals , there is no use, but as a flipper it's definitely beneficial. And so that is leading me towards getting my license! Truly appreciate both of you guys help today!

Hello everyone. I am a new real estate investor in the Columbus area. Quick question, would it be a bad idea to be a wholesaler and a real estate agent as well? Is that illegal? I'm a wholesaler and I was thinking about becoming an agent as well. My wife is an agent and I think it would be beneficial to me as well to be one. Maybe 'the dynamic duo' of the central Ohio region!! Lol

Hey Ed W. thank you for the advice. But I didn't see any forums about the network group in Columbus. Is there a link you can direct me to exactly or can you tag me in a forum? Thank you, Schneider Lincifort

Hello, Schneider here. So I am new to wholesaling. I have yet to do a deal yet but had a few questions. I truly want to build a business, so I would like to know what systems should I put in place starting off? I know I need to be hands on at first but anything that can help make things easier that anyone could recommend. Thank you in advance , Schneider lincifort

Hello everyone, I'm super excited to finally be submerged in real estate. Just to give a slight background of who I am: my name is schneider and I am a real estate investor as of January 9th 2017. So prior to become an investor, I was a car salesman at Toyota direct. I worked there for 2.5 years. I loved the people I worked with and selling cars was definitely fun as hell! Lol. About a year into my career as a car salesman my wife wanted to get into sales as well so she decided to become a real estate agent march of 2016. I guess you could say that was my entrance in to real estate since now I can see what happens on a day to day basis. And it seemed really exciting . Finally the last 6 months I've been on biggerpockets, going to some local meetings and met a mentor (who I am currently working with now) I finally decided it's time to jump! So as of January 9th, I saved up a good chunk of money and decided to take a leap at wholesaling. It hasn't been a month yet and I've got co-workers and family members looking at me like I've made the biggest mistake of my life and I will be back to working at the dealership again. For anyone seeking to take the leap, here's some advice: THE DOUBTERS, the haters, will be someone close to you. Be very prepared to stand your ground with courage and faith. I don't plan to look back, as much as I love working at the car dealership. My true purpose is to finally be in control of my life, I decide to make the rules! Working at a job was never something I enjoyed and I am the happiest person in the world since I've made my choice. I know it's not going to be easy, but I have faith in myself , my work ethic , and my determination to succeed. And I strongly believe that can take you anywhere. Sorry for the motivations spiel! But thanks for reading! Hopefully we can all work together. Looking to grow with all of you! Thank you, Schneider Lincifort
