Thank you so much for your greetings. To answer your question Theresa, I am considering starting out with anything from single family to quadplexes. Also, I just got on the CAREI website and do you have to be a member to attend the meetings?

Hello everybody! My name is Santiago Castillo. I am 24 years old and was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. I work for Keller Williams Realty Downtown, LLC as an associate broker. I have worked as a broker assistant for Property Professionals and for the past four years I have researched and educated myself on real estate investing. I can only learn so much on my own and I am hoping joining BiggerPockets will help me to further my investing knowledge, so that I may begin acquiring my own investment properties.

My main goal for joining the BiggerPockets community is to start building incredible working relationships with investors, so that we may help each others business grow and be extremely successful. Any questions don't be afraid to ask.
