Hello everyone, thanks for your input! This unit is very close to downtown Seattle. Before the pandemic it was used as an Airbnb. I don’t think it works well for families. Perhaps only for roommate situations.
The unit is not fancy. But the floor, the kitchen and paint are new. I’ll say it’s a clean and fresh unit, but nothing fancy.

Hi everyone. I’m eager to find some help and support here. I have a 9 unit multi family rental property in lower Queen Anne, close to Space Needle. 100 year old building, but all the units are recently updated. There’s this 4b2b unit, been sitting in the market for 5 months!!! Rent is lowered to $1925, with one month concession.
The apartment is 900sqf. All the bedrooms are small. One bedroom does not even have a closet and can still fit in a twin/queen bed. And it’s a ground floor unit, sharing washer/dryer with another 1b1b unit.
It’s not a luxury apartment, but the floor and kitchen is new, and fresh paint. I don’t understand why it’s still vacant.

Today I talked to my management team. They said there were 4 applications. But one canceled at the last minute and the other three are just not qualify. The requirements are 3 times income and credit higher than 650.
