There's a lot of information about how to finance your investment and I was curious as to how you guys finance your investment and why you use that strategy. I still have to save up money to even start my investments (right now I'm just soaking up as much knowledge as I can) but I'd like your input on what you think is the best way to finance, based on your experiences.

Hello everyone!

My name is Saleina, I'm a full time flight attendant looking to make more money and work with different kinds of people. I plan on buying my first property to rent out in about six months so I'm starting my research and study now. I also plan on getting my real estate license soon.
