@Jarrod Young Welcome! I am new to BP as well, in fact I just made an introduction yesterday.

Great start for someone your age. I wish you the best on your success in real estate investing.

@Karen Margrave That's great that you have the whole in-house family team! And beautiful homes you have worked on.. It's exactly my taste, I love modern architectural designs. My project will be in LA. I really appreciate your offering to help, I am sure I will be asking you a lot of questions along the way.

@Mehran K. You are not too far away from where I am - I will be going to some of the meetings down in SFV area, been trying to go to more meetings than I did before. Maybe we'll bump into each other!

@Jim Delany Great. I actually live in Agoura Hills now (I was in BH when I created my account) so we are neighbors! Please message or email me. I am still not sure how to use the site but will try to see if I can contact you also.

@Karen Margrave

@Karen Margrave It's so nice to find a fellow developer here who is willing to contribute and share your knowledge. Thank you for the referrals, I will be in touch with them as I am always open to network and learn from other investors.

My first project will most likely be 6-unit modern architectural townhomes, if I can acquire a bigger site I will adjust. I would love to find out about your past/current projects.

@Jeff Greenberg Nice meeting you as well and I will see you on the 15th!

@Annette Hibbler it took me a while to really find out what I want to do in real estate..it opened up more doors once I did. Thank you for the warm greeting.

@Brandon Turner I wasn't aware at all about the feature, thanks for the tip!

@Ramon Jenkins thank you!

Hi, my name is Sayo from Los Angeles and I am new to BP. I've had the account for a while but never utilized its possibilities. I thought this would be a great place to connect with investors not just my local area but also nationwide.

Unlike many people who chose real estate investing as a vehicle for financial freedom, real estate (CRE to be specific) is truly my passion and I really enjoy the journey and the learning process. The funny thing is my family members both here and outside of U.S. are in development/construction, and I didn't realize the connections and resources existed until I recently got into the business, which makes it even more exciting.

My main focus is acquiring multifamily properties (50+ units) out-of-state. I especially like Texas (DFW and Houston area) but open to other markets depending on the property.

In my local market I am looking for lands/teardowns to develop and some rehab opportunities in select areas.

I go to REIA meetings and meetups in LA from time to time, if you recognize me please don't hesitate to talk to me or even contact me through this site. I am always looking to network people with different backgrounds and experiences. I am also planning a visit to DFW and Houston this month if I can schedule the trip.

Thank you for reading my introduction and I look forward to networking and learning more.
