I'd say if your buying it out right than take your time and get a decent one. if you don't stick you your guns and let people move in without deposits etc. you end up in trouble. congrats on a good deal!!

ok so maybe there is no difference but I was wonder if people that list with a Realtor are generally easier or harder to bargain with than FSBO?

what methods do you all use if you want to flip a house as fast as possible without killing your profit?

I'm going to focus on rehabbing. I don't want to start renting until 1. I can afford to hold property for longer amounts of time and 2. afford a class of rentor that's more reliable. and thank, any and all help would be great!

ok so I'm new to RE investing two but my understanding is that you can perchise a house under owner finnancing you just won't be able to sell within 90 days which still leaves you with lease option and rent.
