Some states don't give you a choice anymore.  You have to accept section 8. 

Is there a site where i can warn other landlords of a really bad tenant?  I can't take her to small claims cause she disappeared,  at least that would have been on her credit report.   Any ideas... i hate to see her get away with this.  Not only did Mya  Davenport destroy the home but Stoled my garage door and refrigerator.  

Im guessing this won't happen to you so might be better to start with frig n stove.  I buy used appliances also. Not w/d. 

Hi M. I m angry right now because I had to evict a tenant and she took my refrigerator and new garage roll up door.  So I now have them bring their own appliances and ask a little less on rent. They rent quick because price is lower than others but at least I Don t have it buy appliances. Dayton Ohio

Yes Michael, i received the call from my property manager, when they met the sheriff at the house, that she did leave and she took my new roll up 2 car garage door.  Im guessing she sold it. Do not rent to ***.

Does anyone think the foreclosures are coming even with all the equity homes got in the padt year?  I was thinking if i started BPOs i might be able to learn  abojt the new foreclosures before they hit the market,  even get a listing.   Anyone have experience in  this and how do i start. Thank you for your time
