Curt - Thanks for the reply, I am using my own money.

Andrew - Yes, I love the calculators, they are great, I also found an app for my phone called "DealCheck", it's been super helpful! I was looking more for checklists on what to do during the "buy" process, such as: find realtor, perform an inspection, make an offer, etc. I'm very, very new and feel that there are many steps I'm missing in the process simply because I don't know what I don't know.  Is this something you can rely on your "Core Four" to educate you on?  In the book it talks about a "10–14 day close, seven-day inspection period", is that something I facilitate?

Dylan - Thanks! I'll check it out.

Hello fellow real estate professionals!

I’m just starting out on my real estate investing endeavors. I’m looking to create as many checklists/spreadsheets as necessary to ensure I’m doing my due diligence in all matters. Was thinking it would be beneficial to have a checklist for each acronym (Buy, Rehab, Rent, etc.)

Have any of you created checklists? I would love it if any of you would be willing to share what you have come up with!
