Hi All!  Is there a way to find out how much volume a real estate agent does per year?  Is there a database with this information on the national or state level?  Or is this information only available by brokerage?  If by brokerage does anyone know if each brokerage lists their top producers?

We are looking to find the top producers in each county in CA,IL, NJ, WA, OR, and a few others.

Thanks!

Dan

Hi All,

I have been a member for about 6 months and just started a new job at Avex Funding. We are a tech savvy new mortgage bank. The tech guys behind the company started Spotify and Google Docs/Maps! We are leveraging technology to provide our borrowers some of the lowest rates in the market! We only work with borrowers with credit scores above 680 and can only finance SFR and duplexes. Please contact me at [email protected] if you are interested.

Looking forward to speaking with you!

HI All,

I am looking to build a portfolio of student rental houses at New York SUNY schools.  I have identified a number of cash flow positive opportunities and I just need a partner/partners to get started.  Please send me an inbox if you are interested!

Thanks for responding Brian.  I was wondering if you needed a brokers license to buy a multi-family and have a property mgmt company manage the property for you which you collect the rent.

Hi All,

Can you please help clarify some questions for me:

Do I need any licenses for any reason to buy houses with the intent to rent them out?

Do you need a license to have a maintenance company work on your properties?

Do you need a license to have an LLC owning properties for rent?

Thanks!

Hi All,

I am relatively new and I was wondering if I could bundle two homes into one mortgage.  Would that increase or decrease my interest rate if allowed?  I am looking at two student rentals with decent cash flows for my first deal and I want the lowest interest rate possible!

Thanks!

Dan
