Thank you, I thought I would buy immediately but the house took a bit longer to sell back home and the market is so high right now here, that I panicked and took a 6 month lease. Now that the house is sold, I'm more determined than ever to try and make this my first step toward realtor tycoon-dom. I was originally looking for a home with a mother-in law I could rent out, (alternative to a duplex) but so many are done very poorly, and the ones that are nice are sold instantly. Highland is very nice, the wife and I (1 dog no kids yet) are working in Lehi so we're trying to stay as close as we can, but have looked as far south as N. Orem. We've only been here about 3 months, liking it so far but I feel like it was 103 degrees last month and now I'm freezing :)

I've been binge listening to podcasts, I want to start doing rentals, I'm trying to find a duplex/triplex I can afford. Looking at some other options. Everyone says start at BP and REI groups. Step 1 complete.
