Well that's what I'm asking, who takes possession of the home after damaged?

it would be the insurance company I'm assuming. Then after that how do I get ahold of them to buy homes they just "salvaged"

Jerry, so when a manufactured home is damaged and the insurance company deems it a "total loss" the home gets a "salvaged" status. I want to know where does the actual home go next...who has them (I'm guessing the Insurance Comp.) but I cannot find them anywhere. I have found websites that sell Salvaged cars, RV's, etc but nothing on mobile homes. I'm sure if it is the insurance company that keeps them I would think they would want to sell them to a retailer to regain some of the funds.

Who takes possession of the home? I'm assuming the insurance company. I have been all over the internet looking for this answer but I have not been able to find the answer.

I have found websites that sell salvaged cars,RV's, etc but not mobile homes. If anyone has any info on this then please let me know. Thank you
