Hi! Novice looking to get into multi family investing in Detroit, Cleveland, Columbus, or Cincinnati. Currently own my home and two other properties which I do STR and LTR in. Hoping someone could help me get into multi family in these areas for under $150k.

Thanks!

Hi! I’ve been looking online at the Orlando market for about a year now and was wondering if anyone could recommend a realtor to help me find a property to purchase and rent out long term.

I’m just starting out so sorry for all the rookie questions.

Thanks!

@Jon Shoop

Do you prefer SFH to MFH? I'm looking at MFH but the price range seems to put me in a "bad area" of town and most need a lot of work. While most SFH I'm looking at are in better areas and don't require a lot of work, the cash flow doesn't seem to be as much.

Hello all! I am just starting my journey and I had a basic question.

I've already purchased a vacation rental a year ago that I'm practically breaking even on. I was looking into a long term rental for my next purchase and wondering if something with an HOA (apartment or townhouse) would be preferable over a single family home.

Thanks in advance for all the help! I hope to eventually be able to give help and advice too at some point!
