Thanks @Leilah Davis, @Stephen Keighery and @Braden Smith for the tagging tip, direct links, and great advice. You took the time to reach out and help. @Braden Smith thanks for all the direct links and information to forums and groups. I sincerely appreciate it. I have a little time, but may pay someone to help with marketing. I learned a little about options in the webinar with Brandon Turner last night. I will read everything you guys sent, and invest in learning and acquiring invest books to find out what works best for me.

Thanks Stephen and Leilah! I appreciate your advice and it was well received. That’s kind of what I thought I should be doing as well, but I want to be sure I make progress and move forward. Had my first webinar yesterday, and I signed up for Pro.

I was thinking about trying to put in hours for free somewhere in my spare time to learn. You think that’s a good idea? With the little I know, wholesaling and house hacks seem like the best first move for me. I’ll do more research and dive into meetups when they start. Also, is there a webinar or blog about how to bring deals to an investor?

Looking for notes for best niches and strategies for no experience investors. Preferably options with little to no money down. Suggestions and warnings welcome.
