Hello Everybody. I have worked really hard and found my first investor. The investor is interested in finding a property to rehab and then flip. His request is for the property to be off market. My question is what videos or podcast would you guys recommend for me to watch or listen that can assist in helping me find leads that can satisfy my investors credentials? If anyone has suggestions on where I can start it would be helpful. Any information would be helpful I appreciate the help of this community and the support. Thank you again in advance.

Hello everyone. I am new to real estate. I would like to know what books or recommnedations you can give to me as a beginner. I really want to learn this business and become the best that I can. My goal is to obtain rental units, secondary goal would be to flip houses and my third goal would be to get into commercial. I have no mentor and know it’s hard to get one. But if I have to learn on my own I want to take the road. Any suggestions on what info I can read about legal and accounting for real estate? I’m working towards getting my real estate license and Have learned a lot. Thank you so much in advance. 

Hi everyone. I had just bought my first residential property and am about to be done fixing it up. I have found a duplex unit that has been of interest to me for quite sometime but was unavailable until recently. Can you please provide me with some options that I can potentially pursue to purchase this property? I was considering getting a home equity line of credit. There are a lot of things I don’t know so any tips would be very helpful.

My dad had expressed some interest and wants to help me but his properties are currently under a mortgage. There is one property that is paid off but it’s under my moms name. Would she be able to get a home equity line of credit if she doesn’t have any income? The way we want to generate income is by using this cash to buy residential property. Thank you in advance.
