@Sean Pan I’m actually in Calaveras County, so I’m right by all of those! I was looking in Stockton, but worry about the crime that’s rising there. The Bay Area seems untouchable with prices to keep as rentals and get some decent cash flow.

Is it difficult investing out of state? I worry about not being around to see repairs, or having the ability to use my husband who’s in construction for repairs 😂

Hello! Wanted to know your thoughts on rentals (SFR) in CA? Currently looking to start on our investing journey and I feel like everyone says stay close to home until I say I'm in a small town in CA, then they say invest out of state 😂
