My advice would be to start by understanding what could possibly drive the cost of your rehab up or down. Some top factors include: where you live, how much of the home is getting renovated, the extent of the rehab, types of finishes, appliances, etc. ,any code or permit requirements, the age/condition of space, and surprises. Be sure to check out comps!
