Paul Amegatcher I don't. Sorry. But I would like advice on if people are doing that. I'm new to real estate. So I'm trying to understand everything in each avenue of investing, flipping and wholesaling.

This may sound stupid but why don't you all just buy solid leads?! I mean all that time and money invested in mailing. Time is just as valuable as the dollar. Let someone else do the leg work! If anyone is interested pm me!

Hey there Bp community, My husband is selling his Automotive company and we need a contract. This is our first business we've ever sold so this is all new to us. Can anyone offer any advice on selling a business?! What would be necessary or good to add to the contract to protect ourselves?! Advice please!
My husband and I are new to realestate. We decided to go along this path bc we are in the process of selling our own home in which we completely gutted and remodeled in Sarasota Fl. We stand to make a very considerable profit on our own home. We've decided relocate back Cleveland Ohio to be close to family for our daughter. We also obtained my father in laws home after his passing. So we've decided to live off the profits of our home pay down debt, and gut flip my father in laws house. Any advice would be helpful!

Hey there! Have you found a condo yet? 20 mins away won't get you the return your looking for. I have a great agent if you want. She specializes in the siesta key market. Her husband is a flipper and she's the agent. They are a plethora of knowledge. Myself and my husband currently live in Sarasota about 10 mins from the beach (7 miles to Siesta). We have our home listed currently as well. The market is hot here. My husband also has access to great wholesale deals. Just pm me if you want some more info!

Jay Hinrichs lol! I have no idea what a reverse snowbird would be called! Maybe a summer bird?! Anyway, yes! I'm totally into the idea of cleaning up urban areas. When I lived in Cleveland 13 years ago, we left bc it literally was a rust bucket city. Now a days in Cleveland the areas that were ghetto are turning into hipster/ millennials playgrounds! It's nuts and I'm also learning the term cash is king in this game!

Great info! I thought the west side (Clark and Fulton) and surrounding areas would be great to do quick flips, price them under market value. Or hold and use as rental properties. I noticed when we visited the that the area around Great Lakes Brewery was hopping! We'd like to try and clean up that area as well. Any thoughts?! Is that a good spot?!

Hey everyone! Just wanted to say hello! I'm new on here. My name is Sara. My husband and I are just starting with our first flip, our own home and we have acquired another property in Cleveland Ohio. How's the market up there?! Where's the hot spots?! My husband and I are native Clevelanders . We are currently living in Sarasota, Fl. The market here is nuts!!! We are in the process of relocating back the Cleveland. Anyone have any great advice for us we're all ears!!! You guys are all a plethora of knowledge!!!
