I sincerely learned from every reply and I thank you all very much. It is not enough to say  that every advice is always welcome during startups .

Also I found a private lender that is called Peak Private Lending. They actually analyse your project online and accept it or reject it , they apparently ask for nothing beside estimations of costs. I am offering this information to someone like me who wishes to submit a project.

Concerning the coverage of the money gab , are you talking about the bank or do you have in mind money lender companies? As they ask high interests i had never thought about them before.

I wish to be adviced a 100% funding LLC by someone who already benefited from it as most of the money lenders advertise it without respecting it.

I have been looking online and called many of them but there are always conditions. I sincerely hope to get started and at last be working on making the most of a propriety instead  of wasting time on fake advertisements so any advice is very very very  welcome.
