Hi all,

First of all thanks for such quick responses and feedback!  This was my first post on this site and it's awesome to see just how active the community is!  

I know Oakley will be tough to cash flow, but I have an ulterior motive for this property in that I would like to move into it. My community is in Oakley and I am there 3-4 times per week. I have tried the MLS, but properties sell within 2 days. Just yesterday I started "driving for dollars" and I plan on giving that a try. If you all know of anyone who may want to sell their Oakley property please let me know!
