I am new to Real Estate investing and was wondering if anyone would let me shadow a deal?

@Jill DeWit Thanks! Yeah that's what I had heard, that a lot of people wanted to see deals first.  So you can see where I might have been a bit confused.  Thanks for the clarification!

@Justin Tahilramani

If you would have read my profile you would know that I am brand new to the business...only been licensed since the end of June and still learning.  I haven't represented anyone yet. You don't have to be rude.

I have no money to put down on a deal...should I find funding before finding a deal?  Or the other way around?

Hello,

I am a realtor and currently have a property I think would be a good flip.  What is the best way to go for someone new to investing/real estate?  I have no money so I was wondering how to get funding for this project, or if there's a better route to go?

Any advice would be much appreciated!

I am a brand new Realtor and aspiring investor in Los Angeles.  I'm currently self-educating and would like some tips on things that have worked or haven't worked for people when they were starting out, preferably advice on how to find partners/investors for funding rehab deals, and where/how to find a good deal.
