Post everything up on social media , call the news station consumer advocate, send copies to the broker . Watch them disappear----- and please retain all documents and know what you are signing- as mentioned you can create a free docusign account and find your documents

I do have the DocuSign. I went in to view all documents and the realtor agreement is not in there. How convenient is that?

Hello. Did you ever sign any paperwork with the suing realtor stating you would use their services for a set amount of time? If so, did this paperwork detail anything about what happens if you dropped them and used a different realtor?

We didn’t remember signing it. It was signed electronically. We never got it back after everyone signed. First time I seen it was with email with them requesting money from us. I tried to look it up in documents we had and didn’t see in there. With the new realtor we used she asked and we said we didn’t know if we did sign. Also looked then and didn’t see that page

Call the agents broker, that will squash it pretty quickly.

I believe they are married

We signed a contract back in August at least I guess we did. 1st time I seen the contract is with a email the realtor sent us stating they are going to sue us if we didn’t pay them the commission from house we bought from a different realtor. They put offers in on few homes and we were not happy with how they were. They wouldn’t get back to us for days. There was months that we didn’t hear from them at all. As soon as we went and put offer in our house we bought they emailed us telling us we needed to pay them. Do they just sit there and see how they can try and make easy money. It was almost like they were stalking us. They sent us our purchased house and even price we paid. Had a map of the place and circled our place. Demanded we pay they within 17 days or they will take us to court and we would have to pay for their legal fees. The first time I seen contract was from that email on one offer of the house. We never got that back with all signatures on it. We signed one day and the realtor signed days later. That offer was for 24hours so they signed days after the deadline. Any advice on what we can do
