  1. The BNB Investor Academy's program claims to train in managing profitable short-term rental properties. This included strategies for locating, investing in, and effectively managing such properties. The program comprised both digital content and coaching sessions.
  2. Initially priced at $10,000, the program fee was reduced to $9,000 due to some sessions not being conducted as planned (red flag).

An important aspect of the program was its emphasis on networking - a critical element for success in real estate. Regrettably, after voicing concerns and requesting a refund, my access to these valuable networking opportunities and program resources was restricted. This limitation significantly impacted the overall educational value and potential benefits of the program.

My intention in sharing this information is to educate potential consumers about the value proposition of such programs. It's crucial to be aware that much of the information provided might be available through other sources, such as YouTube, often at no cost. In my case, I found myself unsatisfied with the program shortly after beginning it. I sought a refund early in the process, but my efforts were met with challenges, including being restricted from accessing the content for which I had paid. This experience underlines the importance of carefully evaluating the unique benefits of any educational program, especially when similar resources might be available elsewhere for a significantly lower cost.

I enrolled in BNB Investor Academy with high hopes of gaining in-depth knowledge and skills in managing short-term rental properties. However, my experience with the program significantly differed from what was initially promised.

One of my primary concerns was the issue of missed classes. Despite the program's commitment to providing a comprehensive educational experience, several scheduled sessions were not conducted as promised, which I found disappointing and detrimental to the learning process.

Furthermore, after expressing my concerns about these missed sessions and requesting a refund, I encountered an unexpected and distressing response. I was blocked from accessing the program's materials, coaching sessions, and support network. This action, in my opinion, further complicated the situation and impeded my ability to leverage the resources I had paid for.

Based on these experiences, I would urge potential participants to be cautious and thoroughly research before committing to this program. While the concept of the program might be appealing, my personal experience raises concerns about the consistency and reliability of the services offered. It's important for customers to be aware of these potential challenges and consider them when making a decision.

I've been trying to get my money back since week 2 of joining.  All content is available online and is not worth 10K. Reach out for more info...I'd be happy to give more details.

Hello,

DO NOT pay for BNB Investor Academy.  I joined about 2 months ago and it's NOT worth the $.  Poorly ran and refusing to give any type of refund.
