We have the opportunity to purchase land with a major interstate road frontage. Where does everyone go to find out if a storage  facility is feasible in the area?

I told the bank it was a second home when applying for the mortgage. 

 I told the insurance company up front that we would be using it for an Airbnb.

We have an accepted offer on our very first vacation rental! However the first homeowner insurance quote I received was more than my residential homes insurance and my home is worth 4 times as much. Does any one have recommendations for insurance companies they use for their vacation rentals?

We have found an off market property that needs minimal repairs. There is potential to make $30-40k on this flip. Would you suggest buying this with cash, doing the repairs, and then relisting on the MLS OR should we find find a hard money investor or lender to partner with?

We have separate accounts, my business partner is my sister in law. This is our first deal and we are talking with a traditional mortgage broker. This will be purchased personally and then put into the LLC after we close. I will try to call some of the local credit unions to see what they have to offer.

Trying to buy a property with my partner. I have the good credit and they have the down payment. However their credit will not allow us to qualify for traditional financing. What are your suggestions for financing?
