Thank you everyone for your inputs. I bought this commercial building about a year ago and hired a management company to run it. This tenant is behind on their rent all the times because their restaurant is not doing really well. The lease he signed was from the last owner. I have no experience in real estate at all, so all your inputs was greatly appreciated. Thank you

I have a tenant who still have over a year left on their lease. They want to terminate their lease early. I would like your input from your experienced on how you dealt with the situation? Thank you

Hello Everyone, just wondering if anyone have any suggestions on a good beginner book for managing a commercial real estate? I own a 3 units commercial building and currently hire a management company, but they are charging me so high. I am looking to start managing on my own in a few months. I work as a nurse and have no experience in managing a commercial building. Any suggestions and inputs on how to start is greatly appreciated
