what are people's opinion on having a home warranty on your rentals?? Does it save you money/ worth having for big ticket items or is it better just to put away the 5% or so a month for repairs??

still trying to find out what I like best, I have a couple of rentals but am wanting to learn how to get better deals and maybe start flipping as well.
