Sorry it's no longer available! My partners had to pull out of the contract at the end of the due diligence period on Dec 21st as we were unable to find  a buyer in time.

Hi Heather. The address is 24 164th St.  Due to the foreclosure there is nothing further known about the condition of the property, the repairs needed, etc. 

The buyer will need to work out a solution with the tenants, whether that be eviction, or a solution that will allow them to stay.
