Hi Everyone, I'm finally ready to buy my first rental property. I've been planning and saving for what feels like forever now. But it just happens to coincide with COVID so I have a couple questions. 

1. Where are you getting your most up-to-date & accurate info on temporary covid landlord rules in MA and 

2. COVID aside, what are my options when buying a property that comes with tenants at will paying way below market price?
