Nashua - it’s easier to evict but rents are much lower, and I don’t see much gentrification in Nashua. I would look at Lowell for some good opportunities.

Just direct them to the site where you’re getting the info and let them use it how they want.

I say it all the time,  but Look at Lowell or Methuen. Solid Multi families can be found for $450k and under.

Are you owner occupying? Based on your location of Lexington, look at Arlington, Medford, Malden and Everett. Whats your budget?

Welcome Tyler! You are right the Boston market is crazy! There are a good amount of multi families in areas like Malden, Everett, Chelsea, Medford now. You’ve come to the right place to get started! Lots of helpful people here!

Lowell, Methuen. Also Nashua, NH has some great opportunities. It's right over the boarder.
