Columbus is a great market overall, Hard to go wrong with the areas in columbus. Market is very Hot! Like everyone has stated it just depends on what you're looking to do and the numbers. Everyone has different thoughts on what they are looking to make out of their investments! Goodluck to you!

I saw your post thought I would introduce myself, I am a realtor and investor here in the Columbus market. We work mainly with OOS investors and manage and handle finding them buy and hold as well as Flip houses! The Columbus market has been nothing but great for us! We stay busy and always have deals coming to my desk, always looking for more funding! We are competitive with our return for our private investors/lenders.
