You aren't going to find a realtor in LA who can help you if you want to arbitrage something to do STR. You want to be the renter and then arbitrage? No chance in LA doing that with their regulations. They were one of the first to do 30-day stays. If you want to lease your property to someone else to do arbitrage, that's a whole separate can of worms that also would not work in LA so you would be left holding the bag for them if they didn't pay.
