Hi Patrick,

Thank you for responding. I almost signed up for the WREIN jumpstart program but they wanted me to pay 6,800.00 before being able to read the contract, so after going back and forth they sent me an older version and it was 10,000.00 to sign up. I backed out, and that’s when I found this group. I have located a house here, it was starting to be remodeled but it is now just sitting. I was able to find the owners name but no contact information, do you have a suggestion on how to find the owner’s contact information. Thanks
