I am in the same boat. I have in processing of purchasing my first storage facility. Toying if I really need an LLC or partner with a citizen and start a new LLC? anyhow I will have part-time manager managing the storage facility

Hi! I'm Santosh Nalu from suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. I currently rent a SFH and I manage this property myself remotely.

I am looking forward to learn more about real estate investing and explore  opportunities to  partner with others to invest in multi family homes. 

On weekdays I design software systems and on weekends I work on fixing my car or house issues.
