So crazy out here. No water in the house yet. I'm off of 45N and 610. But theres more rain to come. Theres a flip im doing in SE that may have taken in water. We will see. Stay safe out there my Texans. By the way the Kroger on 43 and Ella is open. Also the Fiesta on Patton and 45N.

Thanks! Rhiannon Then we are off of 610 and 45N. Haven't gotten any water inside yet but it just keeps raining. Some friends got a couple of inches inside their home unfortunately. Thanks for your concern. If we can help your parents in any way let me know!

Hey Matthew Hitchcock down here in Houston,Tx if the home you are doing work on is your primary residence and your license matches the address you can pull a home owners permit. If you don't live in it you cannot pull a permit, even if its your home and the tax assessors office shows you as being the owner. Happened to me. Perhaps that is what is going on with you. Hope it works out for you! Santos

Hello Kent Harris I just did a 3 ton on a flip I'm doing and rewired the whole house, if your interested in seeing the setup. Passed the cities inspections. Sheetrock goes up in the next couple of days if you would like to see it. Let me know if your interested. Santos

Hello Warren T. What about maybe sealing the vent system in the restroom sounds like its seeping thru there, or maybe a wall you can build that divides the restrooms In the attic. That may cure the smell in the restroom at least. Santos

May I ask what kind of campaign?

Houston is so full of investors right now.

Thanks
