I am new to cold calling and would love to dive in and start making calls. Where do i start? How do i find numbers to call? How do wholesaling businesses find motivated seller phone number.

My name is Santiago Hernandez, I live on Long Island, New York. This is my first post on BP. I searched "New York -out of state investing" and came across your posting. Prices of homes are still extremely high here in New York as you may know. Are you currently investing out of state?
