Hello all, 

Me and my wife are looking to by a home in Miami FL. She is in the process of getting her real-estate license, would she be able to serve as the real-estate agent for our transaction? (on the buyer side) or is there some regulation against this? 


Also are there any recommendations for brokers as she is starting out?
